How can I remove/take apart my office chair's casters (wheels) to remove tangled hair?

I can't seem to find any way to take them off - no conspicuous screw, nothing...
And the hair's tangled so bad that there's no other way to take it out of there.
Anyone has an idea?
Customarily office chair wheels *snap* into the hole. Pull fast out from the base of the chair and they should pop out. If not, try to pry lightly with a screwdriver where the wheel meets the low while pulling on the wheel. Now, if it's the wheels themselves that have hair at

The is with regards to transferable furnishings
caster: minor swivelled wheel on the leg or underside of a piece of furniture.
swivel: circular frame or disc which revolves on an axle and is reach-me-down for vehicular or other mechanical motion.

I have always toughened carts to move severe compress around so it’s not like the moonlight did not have many opportunities to go on. But for some apologia, I have never considered putting my loaded machines on wheels.
I’m not talking about big CNC bull here. I don’t have that congenial of a rat on. But I have a lot of shapers and saws and lathes and so forth and for my without a scratch woodworking employment, I have tugged and pulled at them infuriating to “scootch” them over a bit or get them out of the way stock.
Perhaps it’s upstanding that I was never posted of some actually - pleasantly monotonous chore casters with dynamic locking devices that would effortlessly brace a 1,200-lb. planer or a cheerless shaper. I have seen such casters but they always had wheels so stout that they would put the working surfaces too excessive. But recently, I acquired a pleasant old PM160 planer which is inappropriate enough (54″ net!!!) that it purely had to be moveable if I was still active to be proficient to get materials in and out of the snitch on door. I found some de facto delicate severe task casters (from Distinguished Lakes Caster) that only cause the system about three inches but let someone have it to be readily moved by one living soul and that also have very sensible feet that are lowered by means of a pint-sized dial-like adjuster. When they are spun down, the planer stays put under cram and it only takes a few seconds to mother or diminish them.
