You have an infection. The lozenge you have is for bacterial infections. It could be effective but the infection is just as plausible to be from a yeast (thrush) or fungus. In which case the antibiotic could even put together it worse.

was the kind zone speed limit in effect (in New Jersey) even if there were no children endowment, at recess, or going to or from school?
