How do I change the the frame of my mini profile picture on facebook?

The small square that shows up with your face when you post on someones derange...mine is kinda off balance and includes only one side of my face. How do i re-center that true? I have done it before with the old facebook but cant figure it out now.

When you go to FB 'Contour' and take the cursor on to the profile picture an option called 'change picture' comes up [no demand to click it, the option just appears].

I bought a 1.5' digital photo framework from ebay, but i never received the installation cd! I can't upload any photos :S

Please, I shortage some sort of driver.
