My framer had one, drill mounted into it, used it just like a drill press, would like to be familiar with where to get one.....

I want to make my drill press variable speed, like my hand held VSR drill.?

What is assorted about a VSR electric drill than my drill press in regard to varing the speed? I want my drill press to run like my VSR electric drill. I don't want to have to change the belt(s) disposal on the step pulleys to vari the speed of the chuck / drill. I would like

Hand-held VSR drills use a geared motor to transform the speed. A drill press with a belt system uses a single speed AC motor and a system of original sized pulleys to vary the speed. If you want to depart the speed without moving the belt, you'll have to do it electronically.
