1 ¶. Alonzo Smith suffered mistreatment at work while employed by Johnston Tombigbee Furniture Manufacturing Company ("Johnston Tombigbee").Johnston Tombigbee and support allowance, Bridgefield Casualty Insurance Company ("Bridgefield"), compensation allowed, but Smith disputed claims about the extent of his disability. The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found Smith permanently and totally incapacitated. The Workers' Compensation Commission ("Commission") has confirmed the conclusion of the ALJ compensation but reversed its award of disability benefits. The Commission modified the ALJ's order to reflect the thirty-to percent (30%) perennial partial disability. On appeal, the Lowndes County Edge Court upheld the decision of the Commission.
