Isolated iron gates of the monastery on the planet. From the abbey church of people can peer into a sanctuary of calm in the hub of downtown Manila. There are many small patches of green located in the center of the cloister indicating the four cardinal points: North, East, West and South. Planted here are a few trees. It also has a fish pond with shower power plants providing cover for African fish blue gold fish, tadpoles and some horrible. The framework is an allusion to the biblical Garden of Eden under the snake. Latin inscriptions rich for those who care to read them.My favorite is the Spanish tile on top of a blast drinking, which reads as follows: "Manet to dilectionis Mea." Someone translated this tip, "Do not drink! The water is rusty." Later, I read that it was yet another biblical quotation: "Abide in my love. "
The life of a young Benedictine began early at 4:30 in the morning when the alarm clock of my co-novice rang. Morning Prayer began one hour later, but we had to purify and prepare. While brushing my teeth I looked out the window in a dark corner of Mendiola street where I noticed a car that was always parked in the same place. It seems that few do in this busy private space.I would like to see a woman get off and walk hospice, I presume, to his boarding nearby. There was not much to see, but it leaves a lot to the imagination.
