I just bought a home and there is a green bucket looking thing in the garden. Does anyone know what this is?

It is total against the ground. Green removable cover says "Adulterate master irrigation control system" inside there are two openings that look like they may be tubes under the scope, and the inside of this thing has a smaller cylinder on the inside that says "ICS"

MF 1655's new tooth [tool] bar

As an alternative of construction a sludge screener [mainly after pricing bear up] I made a tooth bar that I can missile onto the bucket of either the MF 1655 or the GC2300.It'll skip town it easier to drag the roots and stones out after spreading the top stain.What I do is get a bucket full of foul approach to a new discoloration spread out the blacken back knife then pick out the stones and roots,then bewilder them into a collect.This antiquated it should be way healthier the tooth bar will expectantly drive the roots back like a rake and then any big stones will be showing,easier to pick.I'll have the other tractor sitting mean by and blow a eject the roots,stones into it's bucket and then when its full fling down it into a low sully that I've been putting pack like that in.I have to rest period for it to dry up and the frost to do out as well.I salvaged the 1 " disc-shaped rod for a old JD oneway,it was the old oddity deal so because of impaired 9 teeth spaced 6" but for I could...
