where can i find info on servicing an old Troy bilt snowblower?

everyone ive talked to says this item needs a carb rebuild cuz it wont run smoothly. where can i get a enchiridion or something that explains how to do this? ive done this sort of thing before but its been a while, so i want to make accurate i dont mess anything up.

Feed can go stale in as little as 30 days. Empty the fuel tank and buy up to date gas. This may be an easy quick fix for your problem.

I live out in Michigan and we just had a major snow storm which my snow blower cannot seem to move. It's like everything gets clogged up in the shaft and doesn't want to be discharged. The snow is fairly dry but serious. I believe we got between 6 and 10 inches. And I did adjust

it should manipulate it maybe you are going too fast, try slowing down a little bit. it sounds like the snow is wet and clogging the shaft, try bringing it into the garage , letting it dry ,clear the chute, and put some wd 40 on the surface of the chute and see what happens,
