I have a snow king 5.5 snowblower that wont start the spark plug is not wet from gas so i know its not get gas?

The iota set plug is not wet from gas and i clean the plug with sand paper still not get gas what can i do next. Can i stretch out carburator cleaner in spark plug valve.
This is what I would try. First murder the fuel line from the carburetor and make sure that it flows unobstructedly. If not clean or replace it. Next I would put a few drops of gas into the spark plug orifice, replace the plug and try to start it. If it starts and runs you
