Power Rake or other equipment for your lawn?

I bought a new stingingly and we are planning on reworking the lawn that is mostly weeds. I have heard of using a power rake but is their any other paraphernalia I can rent other than a bobcat.

May I favour a "Dingo" made by Toro. There are many attachments elbow for these machines. They don't do nearly as much damage to the ground as a Bobcat does! Many kit rental companies rent these machines by the day, so they are affordable.

My sward has grown to 4 inches in height (you can see the grass seeds on their tips). I am spirited to just manually rake my lawn to make some of these seeds turn out to be inadequate onto my lawn before i mow the entire thing (and bag it). This way i can have a much thicker,

I would ask someone at your neighbourhood garden center, I have never used a Power Rake before. A mulch mower seems enough enough, thats what we use.

Arnold Corp. 490-100-0012 Power Rake

This result is amazingly austere & works well-grounded tickety-boo w/ a few tweaks, per within.

However, a mortify downside is that both of the proceed from tines poor after bang on 1 year & 6 uses (shucks). Found some ersatz replacements @ the neighbouring vista cater to for much less than offered here, so no heartburn blanket.

Caveat: With Objective the Arnold #490-100-0012 Dethatch rapier installed, I found that thatch trimmings were decidedly NOT clearing-out from underneath the mower’s deck. They would only build-up, pirouette around & in reality rescind the whole deck UP, until it became very uncompromising to blitzkrieg at all (at this feature, every whither was lifted somewhat off the cause & the side kick out rapid was clear/sizeable-unconstrained). Was not a noteworthy predicament ….

Distance: My aging 20″ Murray pusher is a spent ol’ animal & lacks much torque, so I had to get veritable artistic when using this artefact. Confidence in it will help all users, however.
